Dad's Pork Tenderloin
Named after Norm's faithful companian and Hurricane Katrina survior Cricket, this huge sammy starts with two deep-fried Smith's natural casing hotdogs on a long bun with Norm's homemade Chili sauce (no beans), red onions, and is finished with American cheese. This 12oz sandwich has become a cult classic among Mule Train regulars.
Dad's Pork Tenderloin
A tenderized piece of pork, deep friend until golden brown and served on a hearty Kaiser roll. Topped with gold sauce, coleslaw, and red onions, this was Norm's father's favorite sandwich.
Medium-Hot Sausage
Open fire grilled sausage on a long roll, served with onions and peppers upon request.
Scottish Eggs
Hard boiled eggs, hand wrapped in breakfast sausage and smoked with Norm's secret dry rub, this one of a kind item has become one of the most popular items on the menu.
The MTS Loaded Potato
This giant potato is topped with sour cream, coleslaw, choice of meat, red onions, and nacho cheese. Weighing in at over 2.5 pounds, this is a meal in itself.
